AliAi operates through the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. By using our platform, you agree to:

- Not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or prohibited content.

4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Ensuring that all contacts in your database have given proper consent to receive WhatsApp messages.
- Complying with TRAI regulations and the Do Not Disturb (DND) registry in India.
- The content of all messages sent through the platform.

You may not use AliAi to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Send messages containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

- Attempt to circumvent Meta's messaging limits or policies.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. Message delivery is also subject to Meta's API availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
AliAi shall not be liable for:
- Message delivery failures due to Meta API issues.
- Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Actions taken by Meta regarding your WhatsApp Business Account.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AliAi if you violate these Terms of Service or Meta's policies. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
